"Entrepreneurship is very rewarding, but at the same time very sacrificial" II

What is the best and  worst thing about entrepreneurship?

The best thing is to know how to take steps in a light way, that is, to be able to mark one's own path, to be able to be the leader of everything that is quite important. When I see people around me in traditional corporations, decision-making or moments of action tend to be much slower or absurd processes when there are things that are very easy to implement at some point. Entrepreneurship allows you to do this in an agile way and being able to get results based on your strategy is very convenient. And then, obviously, being able to manage the workload yourself. When there is a lot of burden, you can think: "I'm tired, I'm really burnt out, I'm pushing the project a lot and I'm having a lot of things," but on the other hand, it's positive because you're making progress. in that goal you have set for yourself as an entrepreneur. So it is something very rewarding, but at the same time it is very sacrificial.

The negative point I see is that often what entrepreneurship has is that you are without resources, making a David against Goliath, because there are bigger companies that have also seen the market opportunity that you have seen, with much more resources, trying to push and pull you along the same path that you have seen marked. So it's much more sacrificial, because sometimes the results don't come. The work and enthusiasm you put into a project has no correlation to what you get out of it. You can consider or measure that you are doing the job well, that you are taking steps and so on, but then sometimes the result does not come for a company. When we're talking about the economy, although we've had a lot of exposure in the media, at the same time, I'm also a trainer and promoter of metaverses and virtual worlds and I've collaborated with a couple of educational entities... There are some things in the process that are very rewarding, but there are others that are very sacrificial which are, it seems that there are sticks and stones in a war, because there are large companies with many resources and it is difficult to advance.

How would you encourage young people with ideas to venture into entrepreneurship?

My biggest tip on this is that getting started is the best decision you can make. I'm not saying that it should involve starting a company and charting a path and finding someone to invest in resources or invest in your project, but the first step can be to start and try. Many people have ideas, and in the end, what makes the difference is how they are implemented. I would encourage people to start walking, mainly because it makes a difference between the profiles later. When you start out, you put your five senses into it, all the skills you have, and you may have acquired some more specific skills in a more technically skilled career, but then there's a whole other set of skills that are very important. Not only in the work environment, but also in the business environment, when you have relationships with companies, you try to find those customers and so on... So there are certain skills that you will be able to acquire to be able to take that step. And of course, what I recommend is to jump in the pool and go for it, especially when the urges are there.

How would you encourage people to use Aglaya Virtual?

I would encourage you if you are concerned about how to enter the virtual world in your company. There are different ways to do it. If it is a 3D website, to surprise each visitor in how they consume information and we can do this with different offers or gamified spaces, so that users have a unique experience around your brand, and I would encourage that. If they are afraid, get in touch so that they realize the virtues of this type of technology and its potential for business. We are a partner that works hand in hand with its customers. We do not put the platform there for you to manage alone, but we provide very strong support in the company's goal and we join it, especially by giving advice on which tools are the most suitable or which is the best way to distribute information, which has a positive effect on that goal to be

What are your future plans for Aglaya Virtual?

In the long term, what we want is to propose a configurator so that the client himself, regardless of whether the project has to pass through our hands, has a configurator where he can create and run his virtual space. This is a space where they can create a virtual world, they can use a template, they can decide to move some elements, the logo, the texts... They have a virtual space for these uses, but the space they created themselves, from a configurator. What this allows us to do is to have a more scalable tool, and to focus on the customer and offer technology that they can use.

Finally, we focus on helping and advising ro, and we would continue to do this kind of process, but our future plans include creating a tool of this style so that we can continue to grow and make Aglaya Virtuala a more scalable startup.
