Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
If you are thinking of creating your business or just to do so, if run a thriving business and you would like to open up to new markets, if you want to introduce new ideas… the Erasmus program for Young Entrepreneurs can give you the solution.
This is a program of transnational exchanges that offers to entrepreneurs novice and people who wish to create a company the opportunity to learn from entrepreneurs experienced that operate small businesses in other participating countries.
The experiences exchange takes place in the stays frame with businessmen experienced during which the new entrepreneurs will be able to acquire the necessary skills to direct a kidling or medium enterprise. The hosts benefit from a new perspective on its business and acquire the opportunity to cooperate with foreign associates or to know new markets.
Who are called to participate in this initiative? Well, new entrepreneurs who are planning to seriously create their own business or that they have done in the past three years, and entrepreneurs experienced that have owned or run as partners for a small or medium sized company in the participating countries.
Entrepreneurs' exchange
The Erasmus program for Young Entrepreneurs helps the aspirants Europeans to entrepreneurs to acquire the skills necessary to create and/or successfully manage a small or medium sized company in Europe. The new entrepreneurs purchase and exchange knowledge and ideas of business with entrepreneurs experienced with those who live and work during periods of between 1 and 6 months. The stay is partially funded by the European Commission.
The new entrepreneurs benefit from an in-service training in a small or medium-sized enterprise in any other participating country. This facilitates a good start to your business or strengthens its new company. They can also benefit from access to other markets, international cooperation and the possibilities of collaboration with partners abroad.
For their part, employers of reception, benefit from the new ideas that a new entrepreneur motivated can bring to your business. Maybe you know or is specialized in an area that he did not dominates and that could supplement their knowledge. The majority of employers of hosting have enjoyed so much of the experience that have decided to receive other entrepreneurs at the end of the exchange.
Therefore, this is, without doubt, a collaboration beneficial for both parties, thanks to which they can discover new European markets, find partners or learn about different ways of doing business.
